The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the MRT, shopping centers, and the famous Newton food center. It offers great value for money, and we would definitely return. The bus station in front of the hotel is convenient, and the WiFi connection was reliable. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

During our stay here, we found the location of this venue extremely convenient as there were buses right outside that could take us to popular tourist destinations such as Orchard Road, which was only a 5-minute ride away. We were impressed by the quality of room amenities and services provided here such as the free toiletries, ironing facilities, and room service which were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Moreover, the staff at the reception desk were very hospitable and provided us with an upgrade to one of our rooms since the other was not ready. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were other enjoyable features of this hotel.

This place is highly recommended for families who want to have a great time at a comfortable and luxurious hotel.

The room we were upgraded to, a spacious apartment, was equipped with a kitchenette and had ample storage space. The recently refurbished room had a modern feel, with a large desk perfect for business travelers. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the private balcony on the 14th floor with a small but fun space to relax. The lap pool outside was a nice addition, and the private grounds added to the exclusivity.
